Most of this is free and needs no account. A Leumas membership adds the parts with a real per-minute cost behind them.

The commitment

Live captions and text-to-speech are free at every tier, for everyone, permanently. They are not a trial and not a loss-leader — they are what a deaf or non-verbal person uses to take part in a conversation, and they will not be metered. It is written here so that changing it would be a visible broken promise rather than a quiet edit.

There is no separate plan for this site

It rides the existing Leumas membership, so nobody buys a second subscription for one tool on a platform they already pay for.

Questions

Will captions ever cost money?

No. If provider costs become a problem the answer is a local model, not a paywall.

What does a membership add?

Longer conversation sessions, document translation, saved transcripts, and a much higher daily text cap.
