What it will not do

It will not produce a certified translation, and it is not suitable for a legal filing, a medical instruction or anything where a mistranslation carries liability. Those need a human translator, and saying so is more useful than a disclaimer nobody reads.

What formats?

PDF, Word and plain text. Layout survives roughly; a heavily designed document will need tidying.

Is it certified?

No. For anything official you need a human certified translator — this cannot be that, and it does not claim to be.
