Which languages work, in which modes, and how well. Including the ones where the answer is "not well" — a quality table that only lists successes is a marketing page, not a reference.

Text, speech and voice are three different questions

A language can translate well in text, transcribe poorly from audio, and have no natural voice at all. They are listed separately because a single tick would hide exactly the gap somebody needs to know about before relying on it.

Why is a language missing?

Because the configured provider does not support it, or does so badly enough that listing it would mislead.

Is sign language supported?

No. Sign languages are full languages with their own grammar, not a rendering of spoken words, and nothing here translates them. For a deaf user in a hearing conversation, live captions are the tool that genuinely helps today.
