Terms and privacy

The short version: we do not keep your text or audio unless you ask us to, we name who processes it, and we never store an IP address against a session.

Audio and text

Streamed to whichever provider is configured on this deployment, named on the page that uses it. Nothing is retained by us unless a signed-in member saves it. A paired conversation is between those two people; we are a relay, not an archive.

Counting without tracking

Free caps need a count per visitor, which normally means storing an address. Instead a session records a one-way hash re-keyed daily, so a count is answerable within a day and a movement history is not reconstructable afterwards.

The limits of this

A machine translation is not a certified one. Do not rely on it for a legal filing, a medical instruction, or an emergency. Where a mistake is dangerous the result says so.
